Gold Bricklaying Ltd are proud to deliver brick re-pointing services for anyone in need of it. The service itself is a way to renew pointing of mortar joint. The main single purpose of re-pointing is to repair any disjointed bricks and prevent from water making any damage to the structure by entering through the cracks. Our specialist can offer different styles of pointing finish that could be identify during our meeting on site. Gold Bricklaying Ltd are experts of structural changes! Walls don't have to be forever, we can knock two small rooms into big one. But before starting any demolition we must check which walls are safe to take down and which ones are load-bearing. Walls that only dividing internal space can be removed with no more additional work then plastering/painting/decorating & in some cases relocate radiator, socket or switch. For load-bearing walls a Structure Engineer is needed before any demolition starts and Building Control involved.
